You can ask the VA assigned before or the project manager before starting a proejct. Most of the time they will give you an approximate and budgeted time for any risks/roadblocks. We have a list of our usual turn around times that you can ask from our support team or PM assigned.
We use a password sharing application or we create custom emails for clients to add as a user to their platform. We are happy to sign NDAs to protect your information.
You can use the hours you have paid for. We do not do refunds for the 3 months. If you have plans on cancelling please notify us 30 days prior.
