Move
You'll arrive at our beautiful venue to enjoy delicious hors d'oeuvres. This is a great opportunity to network with other entrepreneurs like yourself and shop from woman-owned vendors. We'll kick off our first session, MOVE.
Each year the style of movement for this section will be different! When was the last time you really tapped into your body, the power of your movement, the cadence of your hips?
This session will be focused on using movement for full feminine embodiment. No experience necessary!.
Breathe
Take a deep, slow breath in. How does that feel? Our breath gives life, lowers anxiety, releases stress and we don't utilize its power often enough.Â
After taking a 15min integration break we'll begin
the BREATHE session, focused on teaching us how to use our breath for deeper connection and greater release.Â

It's time to talk money, purpose and business.
This session will take place during a delicious lunch and it will consist of a panel of industry leaders in the most important areas of business growth.Â
Following the panel there will be a Q&A session for you to receive the mentorship and support you and your business deserve.Â
Expect many other surprises, from raffles to fashion shows to special experiences!
